The Garage is stick framed, and gets done next before the garage and basement floors are poured. (No need to bear the expense of timber here. Much as I like my boats and Jeep, they really don't care about the aesthetics.) Sheathing is applied to the stick frame exterior as well as to the roof. The roof will ultimately be finished in standing seam aluminum.
